What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, sometimes known as “yogic sleep”, is a powerful meditative technique where the mind remains conscious during the normally “unconscious” state associated with deep sleep. It is a systematic form of guided relaxation that typically is done for 35 to 40 minutes at a time. Yoga Nidra takes us effortlessly into a state of harmonious, restful being.
